Reference article: What is pouch loader of stand up pouch packing machines?

As I mentioned in my pre-article,pouch loader of stand up bag machine is composed by 4 components: basic frame/mini-cylinder/loading trail/pouch pusher and its working function is the pouch pusher pushing the pouch into theturntableby the power of mini-cylinder and circle this process. However, it can be divided into A and B style based on the different spout gap of pouch, so, what is their difference?

A style pouch loader of stand up bag machine

This is a kind of pouch loading technology when invented 20 years ago, it is only suitable for the pouch matched with double spout gap

1-when the pouch load into U-slot, it must be load 1st spout gap of pouch and slipped it into the pouch gap rail of stand up bag filling machine.

2-When the pouch slipped it into the pouch gap rail, it use 2nd spout gap

3-While the pouch pusher pushing the pouch into the turntable of machine and hanged in by 1st spout gap.

B style pouch loader of stand up bag machine

This is a kind of pouch loading technology when invented 10 years ago, it is only suitable for the pouch matched with single spout gap

1-when the pouch load into U-slot, it must be load the single spout gap of pouch and slipped it into the pouch gap rail of stand up bag sealer.

2-When the pouch slipped it into the pouch gap rail, it use single spout gap

3-While the pouch pusher pushing the pouch into the turntable of machine and hanged in by single spout gap.
