The loading process as below:

1-U-Slot: single spout gap

2-Pouch gap rail: single spout gap

3-Pouch pusher pushing the pouch into the turntable of stand up pouch packaging equipment: single spout gap

As the distance between Pouch gap rail and corner of machine turntable is zero, which let the sync rate of the pouch pusher pushing the pouch into the turntable of machine exist a certain of instability.

As the stand up pouch machine manufacturers, obviously, they are prefer the machine of A style pouch loading method than the one of B style pouch loading method, in order to remove theinstability of B style, it is required a lot of time for the machine debugging and grinding-in, to eusure the best sync rate.
