How’s the automatic spout pouch filling machine working?

3-Plastic cap loading

Let the plastic cap array on the loading rail in order by the electromagnetic vibration device.

4-Capping

Multi-head locking the plastic cap by electrodynamics type capping device group of automatic spout pouch filling machine.

5-Pouch discharging

Let the finished pouch discharging smoothly by the barrier panel and buffer.

Secondly, whole the working process of automatic spout pouch filling machine is finished on the main machine turntable, when these 5 steps is finished, we define it as “one cycle”.
