“How many pouch can be production per hour?” To be precise, it is a key factor of spout pouch filling machine, one side, it is related to the requirement of production output of customers, another side, it is one of important factor of calculating out the price of spout pouch filling line.

Before all, it is need to get two basic technical parameter:

1- Filling peak quantities of the machine equipped with

For example: our ZCX-5 series means the spout pouch filling capping machine equipped with 5 pcs of filling peak.

2-“cycle”per min

In my pre-article, we have pointed out a conception of “cycle”, that is working process of spout pouch filling machine is finished on the main machine turntable, and then, calculated out how many “cycle” can be finished within 1 min (60second). Such as 20 cycle/min.

So, how to calculate out filling speed?

It is equal to filling peak quantities x “cycle” per min x 60mins, for example: 5 filling peak x 20 Cycle x 60mins=6000 pouch/hour
