1-Plastic plug

The paper core of flexible packaging plastic films, the both sides need to install two pcs of plastic plug, in order to avoid the transform of paper core as a long time pressure or disoperation during the transportation process and cause below problem

Sure, some film manufacturer understand its importance, however, in order to save money and “forget” installing these plastic plug into the paper core of flexible packaging films.

2-Appropriate carton size and gross weight

(1) Height of carton cannot beyond 520mm (the regular max film width), if the film width is short, flexible packaging films can be considered to be single roll packed or multi-roll packed inside the carton

(2)No matter it is single roll packed or multi-roll packed inside the carton, the gross weight of each carton need to be limited within 15 kg.

(3) After packing the film inside the carton, they are forbidden to be lay flat.
