Reference article: What is plastic cap elevator of spout pouch pack filling and capping machine?

In the pre-article, we had mentioned two process of doy pouch machine: plastic cap loading & locking, they are two independent process, but it is required 100% sync rate, and, how are they working together?

1-How the plastic cap loading onto the spout?

(1) Transporting the plastic cap into the vibrating tray of doy pouch bag machine

(2)Vibrating the plastic cap into the loading rail

(3) Loading the plastic cap onto the spout of pouch

2-How these two process keep the samesync rate?

The same sync rate is depended on the photocell detector of doy pouch machine, that is, it will not load the plastic cap while the photocell detector detecting there is no pouch onto the turntable of doy pouch packing machine
