So,what it effect on?

1-Packaging container

The bigger diameter of packaging container, it required the more thickness on plastic sealing films, or, it is easy to happen”unpeel-able” situation.

2-Production output

on the premise of a same weight(such as 1000kg),the thickness of lidding sealing film and the production output is inversely proportional, that is the thinner thickness, the higher production output, conversely, the lower production output.

Usually, while the customer is considering to purchase the relative machine, they are always ignored the relationship between thickness and “packaging container " and "production output ", but in fact, the sealing films should be priority, and then consider about the purchasing of machine.
