Today
is a rainy day, and the production process for the doypack 3000ml officially begins.
At 11:30 in the morning, after 2 hours of machine debugging, at 1:30 in the
afternoon, we began testing the compression resistance of the initial batch of doypack 3000ml. The machine operator randomly
selected 3 out of 100 initial batch products and dropped them from a height of
approximately 2.5 meters to test their free-fall resistance. Due to the 3kg
weight, the stress point is mainly concentrated at the two heat-sealed points
at the bottom of the 3liter spout pouches, which need to be
carefully inspected. As shown in the video, there were no leakage issues.
